D-E's instrumental group String Jam took their show on the road earlier this month, traveling for a memorable New England concert tour. The group, comprised of 13 Upper School string students, performed in venues including St. Paul's School, and other schools and churches in the Boston area. The trip concluded with a local concert for students at The Elisabeth Morrow School in Englewood. The ensemble performed works by Vivaldi, Telemann, Corelli, and Schubert.
String Jam Director/Founder and D-E Music Faculty member Annaliesa Place proudly commented: "This was an incredible experience for all the students. We received standing ovations and fully enjoyed this opportunity to demonstrate how much we have practiced and how much fun we have making this music together!"
