Family and friends of D-E winter sports athletes recently attended the 2010 Winter Sports Banquet in the School's Wharton-Lessin Dining Hall.  Coaches for D-E Varsity, Junior Varsity and Freshman Teams used the opportunity to personally congratulate and thank their players,  and special recognition was given to Girls' Varsity Basketball player Sara Brescia '10, who scored her 1,000th point toward the end of the season.  Brescia is only the second player in D-E history to have made this achievement.  D-E Athletic Director Eli Goldberger also recognized players' parents for their ongoing, significant support.
