This past weekend the D-E Varsity Girls' Tennis Team won the Bergen County Tournament. Coach Courtney Baiardi Stasi proudly reported as follows: "(We) had a well-fought battle and beat last year's champions Pascack Hills to win the counties. Lauren Urbont, Sam Balenevsky, Jennifer Stone, Alexa Colas, Jackie Herssens, Nicole Fromer,and Rachel Kupelian all elevated their games to beat all of their opponents. They showed great drive, focus, and determination and didn't let any opponent stand in their way. Each member of the team was supportive of one another and they all wanted to win! They all wanted it more than their opponent and proved it on the tennis court.
