At the Bergen County Women Coaches Association (BCWCA) 2013 Fall Sports All-County Awards Dinner on Dec. 4, two members of the Dwight-Englewood Field Hockey team and their coach were honored: Arianna Sidoti '14, Isabel Guerriero '15 and Head Coach Kim Franco. The event was held at the Fiesta in Wood-Ridge, where the top female student-athletes (1st Team All-County) and coaches were honored in the fall sports of Tennis, Volleyball, Cross-Country, Soccer, Gymnastics and Field Hockey. Their awards included:

Kim was sincerely humbled and honored upon receiving the Bergen County Coach of the Year award. She was thankful for all the support by her student-athletes, Assistant Coach Michelle Carstens, the D-E Athletics department, fellow field hockey coaches, and her family for a wonderful season. She praised her student-athletes, who were passionate and unyielding with every practice and every game as the season progressed--all this was evident to the other teams they faced. She spoke about the efforts put forward by her team, especially senior Arianna and junior Isabel, who demonstrated invigorating zeal. The evening was filled with noteworthy stories of athletic accomplishments, which was shared with proud families and friends, including Arianna's mother Robin Sidoti and brother Noah Sidoti '18; Isabel's father Stephen, mother Mary Ann, and brother Michael Guerriero '15; Coach Franco's husband Steve and brother Chuck Swatek; Assistant Coach Carstens; and Assistant Athletic Director and Athletic Trainer Greibin Agramonte.
