Terri Pisack, Director of D-E Dining Services (Flik Independent School Dining) - which provides dining services on D-E campus - shared the great news of receiving an Award of Excellence in Food Safety for 2015 & 2016. The award was given by the City of Englewood Board of Health. Out of 280 food establishments, Flik was one of only 13 chosen establishments. The award ceremony was held at Blue Moon restaurant in downtown Englewood, on Tuesday, February 21, 2017. Pisack noted, “the ceremony was awesome and I am very proud of my team for their continued efforts not only in preparing safe food but also with preparing food each and every day with pride!”
