Applicants for 5th Grade

Online Application:
Basic application, parent statement and student statement must be submitted online along with the $75 non-refundable application fee to the Admissions Office prior to the parent interview and student visit. Please visit www.ravenna-hub.com to access the online application for 2019-2020 admissions season.

Confidential Recommendation Forms:
Current Teacher and Counselor/Principal forms are required and should be completed after November 1, 2019 in order for the teachers to have a chance to assess the student's performance accurately. These recommendation forms must be either uploaded to Ravenna, mailed to our Admissions Office or emailed directly from your child's current school. 

Transcript Request:
The official transcript should be mailed or emailed directly from the applicant's current school.

Parent Interview and Student Class Visit:
Parent interviews are available beginning October 2, 2019 and student class visits are available beginning October 14, 2019. You will be directed to schedule your appointment on www.ravenna-hub.com  only after your online application has been submitted.

Entrance Examination:
Students are required to take the Independent School Entrance Examination (ISEE) administered by the Educational Records Bureau (ERB). Contact Alice Rollo at 201-227-3102 for testing dates at Dwight-Englewood for the ISEE. Please check the ERB site (erblearn.org) for other dates and locations. Students must have their scores submitted directly to Dwight-Englewood by using the ISEE test code 310355.
