All D-E families, faculty/staff and friends are asked to help area families in need with a donation to the School's annual Thanksgiving Food Drive.
The annual drive, organized and managed by the Upper School (US) club CODES (Community Outreach @ D-E School) benefits the Center for Food Action and has become a holiday tradition. Donation bins are located in Klein Campus Center and Leggett Hall; Umpleby Hall (Middle School); and Drapkin Hall (Lower School). The drive is underway now through Friday, November 17.
Items needed include the following:
Powdered/boxed milk (e.g., Parmalat)
Canned Fruit
Instant Potatoes
100% Juice
Baby Formula
Bar and/or Bottled Soap
Toothpaste, Toothbrushes, Dental Floss
Tomato Sauce
Canned Meat
Canned Hearty Soup
Canned Vegetables
Macaroni & Cheese (Boxed)
Cold Cereal
Oatmeal
Supermarket Gift Cards (any denomination)*
