The D-E Boys White soccer team won in convincing fashion on Tuesday dominating a strong Horace Mann team from start to finish. The first half ended with D-E up 4-0 thanks to strong defense and terrific combination passing, crosses and through balls. Mete Ehliz (8) played a particularity strong game at right forward and center midfield. 8th Grader Jack Sauma also played a strong game, notching a beautiful individual effort goal dribbling from half field, down past the goalie for an empty net goal. Rhys Bowie (7) also had a particularly strong game scoring two goals and also notching two assists, one from a direct corner kick. Jayden Morales (8) notched his first goal of the season connecting at the far post with that corner kick for a beautiful volley. Strong team effort and excellent leadership have the D-E Boys White team off to a strong start in 2018.
