DONATE NEW and/or GENTLY-USED BOOKS
Got some once-beloved, gently used books lying around the house? If so, donate them to Project Cicero!
Since 2013, Project Cicero Northern New Jersey (NNJ) has collected and placed around 100,000 new/gently used books in more than 200 local classrooms - and, with the fourth annual Project Cicero book drive upon us, they are hoping to add more to these regional under-resourced schools. This year’s book drive starts on February 29 and runs through March 11, and donations can be dropped off in the designated Project Cicero boxes at Klein Campus Center and Umpleby Hall.

D-E Dress Drive for Operation Prom - Underway NOW through March 4!The Upper School's H.O.P.E. (Helping Out People Everywhere) club is managing a D-E Dress Drive to collect new or gently-used dresses for prom, formal wear (e.g., bar/bat mitzvah attire) and cocktail dresses for teenage girls to wear for Operation Prom. H.O.P.E. can also accept jewelry and evening bags.
Operation Prom is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that helps low-income students across the country attend prom by providing free dresses and tuxedos. D-E Dress Drive donations will be brought to the local NJ donation site in Jersey City for this spring's prom.
