Boys Make History - First XC Team to Qualify for Meet of Champions.
Saturday the twenty-fourth, the boys cross country became the first team to qualify for the Bergen County Meet of Champions when they took second out of eleven teams in the Group D championship race.
Ryan Semsel, David Lysenko, Yu Omiya, Clement Wong, Mike Kavaler, and Spencer Papay all ran well. They were second to Bogota but defeated Palisades Park and Hasbrouck Heights in close contests.
