  • Lady Bulldogs Rock the House In Final Game of the Year

    The 2015 Lady Bulldog middle school soccer team dfinishe doff their season with their largeest margin of victory of the year, beating the Roy G. Brown squad of Bergenfield 6-0.

    Abigail Goodman scored a "Hat-Trick" while Caroline Lee scored her 2nd goal of the year. Sarah Roth tallied her third goal of the season and Mena Tausner scored her first goal EVER!!!!

    The Buldogs played very well in their final contest. The teams strong defense and control of the midfield took care of any threat the Bergenfield was able to try to muster against them. 

    Good passing, hard work and hustle all were combined to make this last contest for this year's team a successful one!!
  • Lady Bulldogs Stumble in Their Second Loss of the Year

    The Lady Bulldogs, bitten by the "injury bug" and playing short-handed, lost to the strong Montclair-Kimberly team 5-2. 

    The MKA team came out strong and scored the first 3 goals but the Lady Bulldogs didn't lose heart. They came out and played a much better, smarter, and stronger game the second half. The increased their number of "shots on goal", played a much better "passing game" and controled the midfield in an improved fashion.

    Abigail Goodman punched in two goals for the Bulldogs late in the game.
  • Lady Bulldogs Winning Ways Continue

    The 2015 middle school Lady Bulldogs continued on their winning ways improving their record to a nice 4-1-1 mark. 

    Anchored by a strong defense from sweeper, Julia Daly and stopper Kate Meleski along with side defenders, Lola Samiian, Finnula Papailias, Angie Victor and Sarah Roth combined with stellar goalkeeping by Mena Tausner and Paris Brown-Cooke, the Bulldogs shut down the talented Memorial team.

    Goals by Sarah Roth and Abigail Goodman (2) help to secure the victory for the team.

    The team continues their march to success when they play their next game against a strong Montclair Kimberly squad on Monday.
  • Lady Bulldogs Suffer First Loss of the Season

    The young Lady Bulldogs lost their first game of the year against the Fieldston team of NYC. The squad struggled the first half giving up 4 goals while Caroline Lee scored her first goal of the year for the Bulldogs.

    The second half of the game was a different story...winning the half 1-0. Bulldogs goalie, Paris Cooke-Brown shut out the Fieldston squad and Sara Roth scored her third goal of the season. 

    The Lady Bulldogs look forward to their next opponents against a tough Hackensack Memorial squad next week.
  • Lady Bulldogs March On!

    The 2016 Lady Bulldogs successful season continued to progres and grow as the middle school girls soccer club won its third game of the year 2-1.

    Abigail Goodman socred her 6th goal of the year and Sara Roth scored her second tally of the season. Mena Tausner and Paris Cokke-Brown paired up to shut down the opposing EMS team during the second half of the game.

    Kate Meleski, Lola Samiian, Georgia Schwebel, Jessica Hirsch, Daniela Quirola and Lucy Jerome played a strong midfield while Julia Daly, Finnula Papailias, Angie Victor, Sedona Perin anchored the defense.

    The young Bulldogs face an interesting challenge for their next game against a tough Fieldston club. Let's get 'em ladies! Go "Dogs!!!!!
  • Lady Bulldogs Win in a (Very) Shortened Game

    The Lady Bulldogs started the game on fire out-shooting the ladies from the Roy W. Brown school 13-4. Kate Meleski scored her first goal of the season in a well placed shot in the left side of the net. 
    Unfortunately, the rains came along, dampened the field, and put out their fire as all hopes in finishing the game became extinquished. The good news is that the squad is playing hard, listening, andworking well together as a team.
  • Lady Bulldogs Earn A Tie

    The Lady Bulldogs faced the fabled Trinity School and came away from the game with a draw. After starting out the first half of the game slowly and trailing 3-1, the Lady Bulldogs stormed out of the gate the second half and never looked back. Abigail Goodman scored two of her team's three goals and Mena Tausner stopped every shot, shutting out their opponents.
    The team never gave up and played better and stronger as the game progressed.  The young Bulldogs are beginning to gel together and grow as a team. Keep up the good work ladies!! 
  • The Lady Bulldogs Begin Their Season With A Bang!

    The 2015-2016 Lady Buylldogs began their new season with a strong, dominating game against long-time rival, Elizabeth Morrow. Abigail Goodman scored three goals while Georgia Schwebe and Sara Roth each contributed with a tally each. Paris Cooke-Brown, playing her first game ever as the team's goalie, earned her first career shut out.

    The team is excited to continue their quest for an exciting and fun season as they face the Trinity school in their next contest!!
