Health and Wellness

The health and wellness curriculum provides an opportunity for students to learn about healthy choices, developing fitness and motor skills that encourage healthy living. Topics on the importance of community, personal relationships/friendships, the physical and emotional changes during puberty and healthy individual choices are the focus for fifth graders.
Physical Education
  • Movement Preparation Sessions (Dynamic Movements, Accelerations, Agility ladders and weaving, Mini Core Training)
